Full Accounting Services
Our full accounting services for small businesses help you manage everything from your monthly bookkeeping to your final accounts. We also provide monthly or quarterly management accounts as well as cash flow forecasting to illustrate what costs you need to cover each month; even estimating how much tax you could pay in the future. Our clients find these snapshots extremely valuable in helping them plan change, grow and make better business decisions for the months ahead.
Bookkeeping Services
For sole traders and limited companies, NJF Accounts offer full monthly bookkeeping services for small businesses. If you are struggling to find the time, or lack confidence in keeping your books up to date, speak to us. We can take all your sales invoices, process receipts, bills and expense claims and reconcile these to your business bank account, leaving you more time to run your business, speak to customers and look after your staff.
Self Assessment / Tax Returns
NJF Accounts offer tax services for business owners as well as personal tax returns for individuals. If you prefer to complete your self assessment tax return, we can guide you through it. If you are a high earner, receive income from rental properties and investments, or have capital gains from the sale of a property or other assets, we can compile it on your behalf and file it online once you’ve approved it. You’ll get a calculation to see how the tax return was completed and what tax you need to pay. We’ll even remind you when your tax payment is due.
Payroll Services
We offer payroll services for small businesses across Norfolk and the UK. From one person director owned limited companies to large limited companies and sole traders; very simply, if you employ people and need to run a payroll, we can manage this for you. We can run your payroll in conjunction with the rest of your accounts or as a stand-alone, payrolling benefits in kind and completing your CIS returns should you work in the construction industry.
VAT Returns
As a business tax accountant, NJF Accounts can provide VAT advice as well as prepare and submit your VAT returns online either annually or quarterly. If we are providing your bookkeeping, this is all part of our service. Alternatively, should you prefer to manage your own bookkeeping, we can still review your transactions, process and submit your VAT return online on your behalf, giving you the added reassurance that everything is completed correctly.
Corporation Tax
Submitting company tax returns go hand in hand with compiling your company accounts. For all limited companies, we can submit your corporation tax returns after completing your statutory accounts, ensuring that the appropriate claims are put through. Meeting deadlines, avoiding penalties and taking advantage of the reliefs available; we’ll ensure you are fully compliant with your filing responsibilities.
Auto Enrolment Pensions
NJF Accounts help sole traders and limited companies manage auto-enrolment pensions for their employees alongside processing the payroll. We can advise on the schemes that are available to small companies, but should you require further advice on auto-enrolment pension schemes; we have a financial advisor we are very happy to recommend. With re-enrolment every three years, we’ll administer and process all the paperwork on your behalf, keeping you organised and up to date.
